| birth | by 1999 by | Dialup, network consulting, hosting. Earliest Wayback capture 28 Apr 1999 (directnet.com.au). | |
| death | c. 2001 approx | Brand reportedly succeeded by AustralianIT (unverified); directnet.com.au held a small static holding page 2002-2004, with minor placeholder captures through Aug 2007. The branded ISP homepage was still live and dynamically dated 5 Apr 2001 and was a bare Apache listing by 20 Jul 2001 — death is c. 2001, not 2005. Later domain reuse by a Brisbane cloud firm (TheDC) is hosting-only and not an ISP takeover — no edge. | wayback-replay wayback-replay wayback-replay |
