Australian cable-broadband network operated by the 50/50 joint venture of Cable & Wireless Optus and Excite@Home (June 1999). One /16-scale 1997-era allocation (ATHOME-AU, 203.164.0.0-203.164.255.255). Optus took control of the venture in September 2001 after Excite@Home's US parent collapsed; the service continued under the Optus cable broadband umbrella (AT HOME NETWORK AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED (LATER RENAMED OPTUS BROADBAND PTY LIMITED), ACN 087 048 440).
